Sweet Strawberry - Capella Flavour Concentrate – 30 ml

Capella Sweet Strawberry flavour concentrate – 30 ml

Capella describes Sweet Strawberry as a sweet, zesty, fruit-forward flavour intended to capture ripe strawberries. The result is a recognisable strawberry profile that can take centre stage in a recipe or sit alongside other flavour notes.

This 30 ml bottle contains a concentrated flavouring ingredient, not a ready-to-use liquid. Choose the preparation and other ingredients to suit your intended application, and always follow the directions on the actual bottle.

Flavour profile

• Main note: Ripe strawberry.
• Character: Sweet and zesty, as described by Capella.
• Overall: Fruit-forward, and one of the more versatile notes for blending.

The flavour description is a guide to its character, not a promise that every finished recipe will taste the same. The balance will depend on the amount of concentrate used, the other ingredients and the preparation method.

Ideas for your own flavour combinations

For a fruit-led idea, explore strawberry alongside banana, kiwi or watermelon notes. For a dessert-inspired direction, consider vanilla, cream, custard or cheesecake-flavoured concentrates. These are creative pairing suggestions, not ingredients already in the bottle or guaranteed results. Start with a small test batch so you can judge how the strawberry note works with your chosen combination.

You can also keep strawberry as the principal flavour note in a simple formulation. If you are building a more layered profile, add other notes gradually rather than assuming one fixed recipe will suit every taste.
